Email UsHow do I back up or move my data?
Go to Settings → Backup & Data → Export data to save your pets, logs, photos, and settings as a single file. On a new device, use Import data in the same place to restore it.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. PetKeep has no accounts and no servers, so we can't see or recover your data. Deleting the app deletes it too, so keep a backup file if you want a copy.
How do I cancel PetKeep Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I changed phones. How do I get Plus back?
Sign in with the Apple or Google account you subscribed with, open the PetKeep Plus screen, and tap Restore purchases. Then import your backup file to bring your data over.
